We always accept returns and refunds, no matter the issue. Just shoot us an email and we are happy to refund your order. If your candle arrives damaged, we will refund your entire order or send you a new candle, free of charge.
**We will not accept returns/refunds on candles that have already been burned, unless the candle isn't burning correctly**
All orders are handmade and processed within 3-7 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your shipment we will contact you by email or phone.
Our flat shipping rates include standard shipping and handling fees. The rate is calculated by weight. The more candles you buy the more you will save on shipping.
